Hi, I’m ABBY! I’m the one behind Imposter’s Kitchen. I sometimes cuss. I’m kind of awkward at times. I love to laugh. I don’t take myself too seriously. I eat too many carbs. I think everyone is my friend. I believe that being yourself is more important than being “professional”. Most importantly, I have a deep, undying passion for all things FOOD.

I have no formal culinary training- hence the “imposter” syndrome which inspired the name.

My favorite cuisine is anything Asian, specifically Korean food. I worked for a Korean/Japanese restaurant for a long time when I was younger, so a lot of my inspiration comes from there. My big Italian family means the world to me, and food is our love language. I learned pretty much everything I know from my fam, so Italian food is pretty high up on the list for me too.

I live in Farmington, NH with my husband Seth, our four pets, and 300 plants. You’ll see Seth working the grill on the truck sometimes, so make sure you say hi!

In general, I love cooking and have loved it for my whole life… not sure why it took me so long to get to a point where I decided to go for it in a professional capacity, but we’re here now. and this truck ain’t stoppin’!

happy to have you here! did you eat yet?
